• We are fully insured through a specialised Valeting Insurance brokers.

• Due to H&S requirements we are unable to work on busy roads!  Ideally, we would want your car to be on a private drive or car park (with the owner’s permission).

• The customer should remove all of their personal possessions including child seats.  We will not accept liability for any loss or damage for any item left in the vehicle.

• We would be grateful if you could inform us of any damage to your vehicle that could be made worse through the cleaning process (for example, by using a pressure washer).

• Prices are based on valet type, vehicle size, and/or condition.  Whilst we will endeavour to give you an accurate estimate of cost over the phone this may change on inspection of your vehicle.

• When cleaning large vehicles (vans, caravans & campervans) we will endeavour to clean the roof as best we can with the aid of a platform, however we will not climb onto the vehicle to clean it.

• We will endeavour to give you a time of arrival however this maybe affected by traffic or other unforeseen circumstances we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of any delay beyond 10 minutes of the quoted time of our arrival.

• We can take payment by bank transfer, card or cash.  We accept all major debit and credit cards.

• Payment Terms - Immediate payment on receipt of invoice unless other terms are agreed in writing at time of your booking.

• First time customers will be required to pay a refundable 20% deposit (provided we can fill your time slot with another booking).  You can alter your booking date and time, provided you have given us 48 hours’ notice.
